HERSHEY, Pennsylvania — President-elect Donald Trump went after White House spokesman Josh Earnest during a rally here Thursday, calling him a "foolish guy."
"This foolish guy Josh Earnest, I don't know if he's talking to President Obama. You know, having the right press secretary is so important because he is so bad, the way he delivers a message. He can deliver a positive message and it sounds bad," Trump said during a stop on his post-election "Thank You Tour."
While Trump never mentioned Russia specifically — he mentioned China and Mexico over the course of his speech — the slam on Earnest came on the heels of the White House press secretary emphasizing Russia's alleged hacking of the Democratic National Committee and members of Hillary Clinton's campaign.
"It is just a fact — you all have it on tape — that the Republican nominee for president was encouraging Russia to hack his opponent, because he believed that would help his campaign," Earnest said earlier Thursday. "It is not a controversial statement. I'm not trying to be argumentative. But I am trying to acknowledge a basic fact."

This was the highlight of tonight’s rally. Trump said Earnest is such a loser he could announce that we defeated ISIS and it would still sound like bad news.
Every time Trump says something I know some folks will groan about, I think back to Bush who just let the media and Leftists walk all over him, without so much as a whimper.
In eight years, it never dawned on the guy that by doing that, he was letting them walk on us too.
When Bush had the opportunity to address the Lending Industry practices with Congress, to prevent a melt-down, it was vintage Bush at his worst, not standing up to something that would cost the nation and Conservatism big-time.
It’s nice to have an alpha male headed for the White House.

A "foolish guy" is quite an understatement. DJT is trying to be nice. Josh Earnest is a conscious, willful, paid liar for Obama. He is reasonably good at what he is paid to do but that doesn't make him any less dishonest.
No, he is really just a lower level Josef Goebbels type of guy. A highly paid propagandist that comes out and delivers the lies the higher up tell hime to say.
The only reason i can think of for people to groan on this one is that Trump is being overly kind to Joshy there.

There were some things I supported him on, and I’m not universally appreciated on those points. I realize that. When I thought he needed to be defended I did.
That said, the meltdown at the end of his second terms was nearly cataclysmic. He had chances, and kicked the ball down the road.
His is the reason we had Obama for eight years.
His family this last 18 months destroyed whatever credibility they ever had with me.
The Clintons are not the only folks I never want to see near the White House again. It’s too bad, but that’s the truth.
I was frustrated too, Ron. Bush just took it and took it. He really let them get away with turning people against what our soldiers had accomplished in Iraq.

Whether folks want to admit it or not, Iraq is much better today than it was in 2002.
If we had left 10,000 troops there, as was designed, ISIS would not have advanced through the region.
As you pointed out, our troops fought a very hard war and achieved victory. I am very proud of them, and they were very proud of their achievement.
Iraq is not a threat to anyone today. It isn’t paying terrorists. It isn’t making verbal threats.
I don’t know how anyone can dispute that it is better.
Glad to have someone who speaks up for US in the White House again. I loved GW initially, but he kowtowed to the left wing media. That was maddening.
