WikiLeaks operative: Russia did NOT provide Clinton emails - they were handed over at D.C. park

A Wikileaks envoy today claims he personally received Clinton campaign emails in Washington D.C. after they were leaked by 'disgusted' whisteblowers - and not hacked by Russia.

Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, told Dailymail.com that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September.

'Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,' said Murray in an interview with Dailymail.com on Tuesday. 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.'

His account contradicts directly the version of how thousands of Democratic emails were published before the election being advanced by U.S. intelligence.

Murray is a controversial figure who was removed from his post as a British ambassador amid allegations of misconduct. He was cleared of those but left the diplomatic service in acrimony.

His links to Wikileaks are well known and while his account is likely to be seen as both unprovable and possibly biased, it is also the first intervention by Wikileaks since reports surfaced last week that the CIA believed Russia hacked the Clinton emails to help hand the election to Donald Trump. . .

IIRC, Julian Assange put up a award for information regarding the death of DNC insider Seth Rich. In an interview he declined to confirm that Rich was one of his sources.

IIRC, Assange did not reveal his sources, but he DID confirm that it was NOT Russia.

Honestly, I do not believe this story any more than I believe the story that Russia gave the emails to Wikileaks.

In any case, these hacking stories all miss the most important point. That is that the emails revealed a deep level of corruption and collusion between the Democrats and the media. The fact that the Democrats paid disruptors to incite violence at Trump rallies. The fact that CNN gave Hillary the debate questions ahead of the debate. The fact that the news media coordinated their campaign stories with the Hillary campaign. We are supposed to be upset that these emails were brought to public attention, not that the emails revealed a stunning level of corruption and shady behavior.

Question: Were there any emails leaked that slammed Hillary that were written by a ‘true progressive’ (aka Bernie supporters) in the leaked DNC emails?
There should have been! The leaked emails appear to have sanitized to protect Bernie supporters. Big hint the leaks was an inside job.

If it were the Russians they would have left no trace. If it’s a ruse to damage Trump by our govt, then they blame the Russians, flying a false flag....

How convenient.

Good point.

Another story, per Assange, says info was gotten to him by a courier that went to London and hand delivered it to him.

...

How could anybody be disgusted by the Clintons? I mean the media and celebrities just fawn over them.

This uproar may be an attempt to try and force Wikileaks to name the person who provided the information.

The whole “scandal” reads like it is being run by Hellary and Soros.

She will not accept she lost. She needs putting in jail for a very long time, or Trump will have no peace ever....she is mad.

So, who are you going to believe — a shadowy fugitive from the law, holed up in a foreign embassy and an ex-ambassador to a country ending in ‘istan’? Or the Washington Post & New York Times? Huh, huh?

Yeah, me too: Assange & Murray all the way.

Bwah-hahahahahahahahahah....
