As Julian Assange has made crystal clear, the leaks did not come from the Russians. As I have explained countless times, they are not hacks, they are insider leaks – there is a major difference between the two.

I know who leaked them. I’ve met the person who leaked them, and they are certainly not Russian and it’s an insider. It’s a leak, not a hack; the two are different things.

Recall within hours of the DNC leaks on the first night of their convention, they blamed the Russians. All info security expert will tell you there’s no way to know that for sure in that short of a time period.

Makes much more sense the leaks came from within the U.S. from those who knew very well the nefarious deeds of Hillary Clinton and her ilk. Whether that was a mole in an agency or as an individual, we may never know.
