WASHINGTON — The Department of Justice did not want to discuss why the agency refuses to investigate alleged harassment and death threats toward Electoral College voters in states that went for Donald Trump.
“The department will decline to comment,” DOJ deputy press secretary David Jacobs told The Daily Caller in an email Wednesday afternoon.

Does the FBI need DOJ’s permission to investigate?
The Lynch DOJ is a bigoted agency that does not provide protections under the law equally. There is no justice.
Just to nitpick - do no journalists ever read what they write, nor their editors? It says "Department of Justice" and then call it an "agency". A "Department" is Presidential Cabinet level. An agency is a lower level executive administration organization. Sheesh.
Maybe DoJ is soliciting these threats?
ALL of the appointed people in the DoJ should be summarily fired and the Civil Service employee invited to resign or retire. Those that don’t should be charged with some criminal act and sidelined while the charge is investigated. In this DoJ surely there are criminal acts ascribable to almost everyone.
The DOJ is laughable. No one around here thinks it is worth a tinker’s damn and we are grateful we are below suspicion of anything as we are the wrong damned color and religion to be fairly treated and none of us are wealthy enough to be above suspicion and qualify for the upper echelon of legal forgiveness like Hil-liar-y or Loretta and Obama and all the rest we understand are criminals.
DRAIN the SWAMP and start with the DOJ!!

Don’t worry. DOJ is consistent - in that they won’t investigate or defend anything that is pro-America, white, conservative, religious or constitutional.
Their on a roll so long as Lynch, the Holder mini-me Clone is in office, DOJ is off-limits to patriotic Americans.
