James O'Keefe: I want to say a few words and show just a very few clips from Project Veritas. I wanted to say that we did it, and the media in this country, as Bill Little said last night, is now discredited. It's dead and we have killed it and it's been a long time coming because they put us through so much over the last 10 years: Planned Parenthood, civil lawsuits, jail, defamation, lies, slander and now we've won.

My viewing of the news evolved over several decades.
I really enjoyed 60 minutes, then realized they promoted a false narrative (modern phrase meaning they spoke with forked tongue)
O’keefe had the moment I saw him dressed like Huggy Bear the pimp!

Maybe it has been struck a mortal blow, and is in the process of dying but it is still capable of spinning lies and causing damage.
Personally I think it is more like the Hydra- a few heads have been lopped off but more are growing out. It doesn’t take much money to start a new fauxnews service on the internet and the left has lots and lots of money. A lie is halfway around the world before the truth while the truth is putting on its shoes.
With Millenials and younger, it’s GONE. They don’t even own TV’s. It’s Netflix and whatever online streaming is next.
I’m hardly a Millennial but I haven’t had a TV ever. We had one at home when I was a kid. On visits to my parents’ house, I would find that the content had deteriorated visibly since my last visit. They couldn’t see it because it was gradual.
It is the older folks who are addicted, with their “favorite shows,” etc. And of course the news. They have the TV on constantly, even when no one is watching. Whoever called it the modern “hearth” was dead on. The place doesn’t seem alive unless the TV is on. How sick is that?
