The great Philadelphia recount has ended, and Hillary Clinton got five more votes than she had in her previous total.
Donald Trump’s number stayed the same, as did the totals for Independent candidate Gary Johnson and the Green Party’s Jill Stein after the City Commissioners Office recounted votes in 75 of Philadelphia’s more than 1600 voting divisions. The recount had been launched by 250-plus Philadelphia residents answering the call of Stein, who asked for three petitioners in each of Pennsylvania’s voting district to file recounts to assist in her attempts to get a statewide recount through a Commonwealth Court and then Federal Court lawsuit.
Stein’s camp had planned on using the district-level recounts as possible evidence for hacking or fraud. The recount turned up no instances of fraud or hacking here, City Commissioner Al Schmidt said, emphasizing the difficulty of hacking voting machines that aren’t connected to the internet.
“We have very primitive voting machines here,” he said. “Our voting system is only vulnerable to individual cases of voting fraud, as we’ve seen. Whenever it does occur it would be someone going in and voting for somebody else or an election board manually adding votes, which is an entirely different thing than hacking.”
The five extra votes for Clinton, he said, came from paper provisional or absentee ballots that were undetected by the optical scanner that counted votes in the days following the election. Schmidt said this can happen when people don’t mark their choices clearly on paper ballots or, ridiculous as it sounds, use a green highlighter instead of a pen or pencil.
Maybe some H=> voters used crayons to mark their ballots.

I really need to come up with a recount grift. Everyone's got a web site with a PayPal link promising to "count every vote" and "uncover the fraud."
Some joker in Florida just raised $65k for a recount that has zero chance of taking place! Sixty five thousand!
I thought birtherism was a good scam but Orly Taitz got nuthin' on Jill Stein. Seven million in a week! There's serious money to be made in promising a magical election do-over. Strike while the iron is hot!
At this rate Stein will run out of money, unless all the attorneys work for nothing. She has only raised $7.2 million and over $5 million has to go to the three states for fees.
Add to that the cost of recount observers.
According to her own web site, she is already underwater by $500,000 and new money is coming in very slowly.
At this rate she will be $2-2.5 million short.
That is a possibility but I think most of the fraud occurs at the registration level. Persons with multiple registrations, fake voters, illegal alien voters. We need a serious examination of the registration rolls and the absentee ballot requests. And early voting should be declared un- Constitutional. Doesn’t it actually say all voters should cast their votes the same day?

That’s certainly going to be the RATS talking point when the Trump Administration goes after the illegal alien vote.
But, we will also use her argument that the voting system isn’t trusted, and it will be a priority for reform and prosecution of voter fraud.
Nevada will be ground zero IMO.

If, an after-election investigation of voter fraud nationwide exposes a criminal conspiracy by Democrat Party operatives to steal the Presidential election and other elections, Stein will indeed have done the country a great service, albeit completely unintended.
I would like to think once word gets around about how little the vote totals are changing, new money would come to a near stop. But then there's Soros, who really needs to be dealt with.
The State of Oregon does ONLY mail-in balloting.

Why things went the way they did on election day.
It was pointed out to me that on election day the Democratic vote started out with a pretty healthy lead – and then the Republicans got home from work.
Just following up...early voting needs to be challenged in court.

In California people are automatically registered to vote when they show up at the DMV for a driver’s license. It’s now the law. One application has nothing to do with the other and the two should not be linked. Anyone who wants to vote should have to get themselves to the registrar of voters, which should also be open on weekends. Make off site sign-ups illegal. Perhaps have a weekend bus route that takes people to the registrar of voters, if they don’t have a car. Only voter registration using government employees should ever be allowed.
There also needs to be a strong voter ID law for all states. Showing an electric bill should not be enough to get oneself registered. If any state wants a stronger one than that or already has one, that would be allowed. Also, all this absentee balloting should be stopped. Only with an extreme reason should this be allowed to be utilized. People should be encouraged to save their voting receipt stubs.

Yep got pumped into the economy in a few locations and
some have a little more to spend for Christmas, etc.
they cant just find thousands of votes just for clinton.
they cannot overcome the fraud tied to that statistical impossibility.
