The federal courts trample us again.
No re-count has ever reversed a lead of over 1,000 votes. Trump leads by 10,000 plus in Michigan. He's safe.
When you have an alleged 75K undervotes...I can see that happening. I can see 10K voters in Detroit being too stupid to properly vote for Hillary on a paper ballot, thereby causing their ballot not to register a vote thru the machine. They’re going to do a HAND count. Going to handle each of Michigan’s 4 million ballots by hand.

The hand recount delays thru the ec deadline. That’s the point. A full recount that’s final and cert works against them..... They want the 3 states in limbo when the ec convenes.
Stein is also claiming the lie she is working on behalf of the American public as our champion for fair elections , but really she is part of a Soros lead coup who wants no part in letting the American people govern themselves . They had almost 50,000 “undervotes” in 2012 when the two major candidates weren’t nearly as controversial as these two were.

Needs to be shut down by the Federal Court of Appeals Monday. I believe the 6th circuit overseas MI and as majority conservative.
I also believe that just one federal appellate judge can stay this judges illegal order and let the matter resolve itself in state court or at least till a 3 judge panel of the 6th circuit can hear the appeal!!
Let’s hope the MI AG and Trumps attorneys file for immediate relief and an immediate stay on this lower judges order Monday!!

They can’t count the States that they are doing recounts which will deny Trump the 270 votes.
I don’t understand Michigan after it was already certified?
They should just ignore this federal judge or appeal it.
Michigan has a Republican governor.
Michigan has a Republican attorney general.
The Michigan Supreme Court is dominated by GOP appointees.
Congress is controlled by the Republican Party.
I don't see how any of these government bodies allow this idiocy to change the results. Go to bed and let the process play out.
Two paths -
Less trump electors means less electors to flip, bribe or extort.
Goes to congress where 85% are establishment.
Both still positive odds for trump but far lower.
If a state isn't certified by the Electoral College, isn't one option to subtract that state's EVs from the total of 538, producing a lower 50% mark to win the election?
Well, yes, you should. In fact, you should ask for a recount in every state, because why are voting rights only in danger in Michigan?
If Michigan must do a recount in order to ensure voting rights, why doesn’t every state have to do a recount to ensure the same?
I’m pretty sure the SCOTUS said Al Gore couldn’t just count certain counties, but had to do the whole state, so why is this just able to order a recount for a state, but not the whole country?
Good post. You are correct. The 6th circuit is loaded with conservatives. It is the authority for the Eastern District of Michigan court that this ruling tonight originated from.
