Many people don’t seem to realize that Carrier already built much of the Mexican plant. It was supposed to be a done deal. It’s not like they were merely considering it and changed their mind in order to get a tax break.
Rudy has expertise in security It seems a shame not to use that knowledge. Protection of the people is a passion held by both Trump and Rudy. They lived through 911 together as friends and fellow New Yorkers. It’s a bond that will never be broken.
Although he would be a trusted SOS I could see his knowledge of ciber security winning out.

Trump’s vision of America is the vision we grew up having, in spite of the hippies, yippies and the anti(Vietnam War) crowd.
It is the vision of all four of my immigrant grandparents, and my immigrant mother and first generation father.
It is the vision I have given to my children, and in the years to come, I will impart to my very young grandchildren.
It is truly morning in America again.

Was the same thing I thought last night. Trump acted like a "kid in a candy factory" when he made the announcement. Like he could not wait to get it out. I also believe this confirms his total commitment to the people who elected him.
Trump will perform many of the duties customarily assigned to the SOS, thus not requiring the position to be filled by an experienced diplomat. Rudy seems like he is the front runner. Could John Bolton be a "dark horse?" Trump will be interviewing him today.
This will be a "law and order" administration.

Trump is the best president since I arrived in this great country 56 years go. Why you ask? Because:
(1) He does not need the job, he already has the best life possible
(2) He is the strongest AMERICA FIRST to become POTUS
(3) The man does not have ultra-rich sugar daddy’s telling what to do to benefit THEM.
(4) He raised the best bunch of kids of any Billionaire I have observed.
