Its not uncommon for a Republican to be pro-business. But President-elect Donald Trump showed Tuesday night hes pro-worker, too, by saving 1,000 jobs at the Carrier plant in Indiana.
His standing up for the blue-collar workers who helped get him elected is no small feat, even for the very accomplished billionaire, who has a long record of delivering under budget and on time.
Sure, its unusual for a president-elect to interject himself in the economic mechanizations of a specific company let alone the economy writ large but everything about Trump being the next president is unusual...
The brutally battered blue-collar voters, long played for suckers as supporters of the Democratic Partys false promises and phony hope, are no longer looking to their union bosses to tell them how to vote...

trump is a redneck daddy
Deeds, not words! Trump is not your average politician.
Pro-business is (generally) pro-Worker
It’s the illegal immigration, exporting of jobs to foreign countries, and special tax breaks (such as carried interest) for Hedge Fund managers and others — these are all anti-worker and Trump opposes all of these.
But if an American business is profitable and expanding, it generally means more and better jobs for American workers.
Dang! I like people who show up for work early
but 60 days early has got to be some kind of record.
Trump has already done more to help American workers than obozo.
Me:Mr Trump, Mr Trump this is too much winning.
Trump: Sorry we are going to keep winning MORE
Me: Mr Trump, I don’t think I can handle much more.
Trump: You will get MORE!!!
LOL
Yes, but I’ll take it. And the really remarkable thing, he hasn’t even been paid his $1.00 wages for his first year’s work.
Obama hasn’t been in the working class since he dipped ice cream. that was to hard so he hasn’t done physical work since.
I always tried to show up 15 minutes early and when I was
a boss was plenty happy with those who did the same on my jobs.
MAGA! lol
The term “working class” is Marxist. It presumes that only low paid people work and that there is little opportunity for the ambitious and talented to get ahead.
It’s unusual for the Republicans to give a damn about blue collar workers instead of telling them to go ahead and die off if they can’t make do on the same eight dollars a day serfs in Mexico are paid.
Great work ethic...
Thanks! But I’m not coming in two months early, I don’t care what job you’ve got lined up for me. ;^)
LOL
Trump sees the nation as we do. He knows we need to act fast.
He’s a human dynamo.
Trump doing MORE for American workers now, than Obama did in 8 years...
I wonder if he might possibly bring back freedom of association, even in the smallest way, so that neighborhoods can set some frigging standards of who can move in again.
“Whaddya mean I can’t buy a house here?! My money’s the same as yours!”
“Your money practically has ‘made from drug sales’ written on it and your criminal record isn’t anywhere the same as mine, bub. The only way you’re moving in here is if your son or daughter grows up to be a model citizen, buys a house here, and has you move in with them when you retire.”
