Yes, the picked WI first because it was the easiest to get a recount: all she had to do was come up with the money. In PA and MI, her petition will have to convince a court.

When Obama struck a conciliatory tone about the incoming Trump administration the other day, I knew something was up.

Watch them find courts that will allow both recounts to proceed.

Wisconsin may be the easiest of the three to get a recount, but I assume they picked it first because it had the earliest deadline for a recount petition (yesterday).
