Here's the Mar-a-Lago menu the family will be dining from:
Appetizers include a seafood display with large crabs, oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp and middle neck clams. There will also be "Mr. Trump's Wedge Salad," deviled eggs, roasted vegetable cous cous salad and ahi tuna martinis. There are also two soup selections, the lobster bisque and vegetable minestrone soup.

I dunno, but this reads as if it’s the menu for the club as well, so they have a lot of options.
Wow..that’s exactly what I had..:)
Nice casino buffet. Love the ahi tuna martinis
a wedge salad is a simple salad consisting of a quarter of a head of iceburg lettuce, often with some garnish and drizzled with dressing.
that was my thought. I adore seafood
WOW! Cool (hungry) kids. Thanks for sharing.
oh wow how to you choose lol. what a great menu.
But it sounds like this is the resort menu, not the family menu.
Yes, cold and crisp with bleu cheese dressing, bacon and whatever you want to throw on it.......Hub makes the best!
I’ll never eat again.........(well, maybe a little bit tomorrow).......;)
That’s the Trump son’s family and their Thanksgiving.
I’d have to take out a mortgage to eat like that.
Surprising, because Trump’s longtime chef has said that he doesn’t like vegetables, only meat and potatoes kind of meals.
Our family are traditionalists and prefer the traditional turkey/ham, mashed potatoes, corn, etc.
Thanks! I didn't realize that.
All I saw were 4 BEAUTIFUL young souls.
I remember those days. My grandmother bought a conference table from EF Hutton - seats 20 and every year it was full with 2 or 3 banquet tables overflowing. Sadly, all of those people are gone except me and 2 cousins. Now, I have my husband, father and mother and sister in law, and - thank God- my little daughter but I do miss those huge Holidays.
We still had a good feast - turkey, raw cranberry orange relish, gravy, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, crudites, green beans, 3 kinds of pie
then homemade soups for supper - droop ten pounds maybe go to 15
Got you covered. That’s what I ate!
When my paternal grandma was in her prime the Thanksgiving day menu would include turkey, a huge country ham, fried oysters, mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, stuffing, coleslaw, green beans with ham, buttered corn, chocolate silk pie, pumpkin pie, cherry pie, and coconut cake. Never mind the homemade rolls and apple butter and lime pickles...I really miss those days and the giant family gatherings.
Best wishes to the Trump Train family and everyone aboard.
“I would choose the leg of lamb.”
Yum. I made tzatziki sauce recently.
Southern menus for Thanksgiving traditionally include a lot of seafood.
Agree.
