President-elect Donald Trump exploded at media bigs in an off-the-record Trump Tower powow on Monday, sources told The Post.
“It was like a f—ing firing squad,” said one source.
“Trump started with Jeff Zucker and said I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed….
“The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing down,” the source added.
A second source confirmed the encounter.
“The meeting took place in a big board room and there were about 30 or 40 people, including the big news anchors from all the networks…,” the source said.
“Trump kept saying, ‘We’re in a room of liars, the deceitful dishonest media who got it all wrong. He addressed everyone in the room calling the media dishonest, deceitful liars. He called out Jeff Zucker by name and said everyone at CNN was a liar, and CNN was network of liars.
“Trump didn’t say Katy Tur by name, but talked about an NBC female correspondent who got it wrong, then he referred to a horrible network correspondent who cried when Hillary lost who hosted a debate – which was Martha Raddatz who was also in the room.

I hope Trump said something like,”all those who have ever voted for a Republican raise their hand.”
Then after seeing no one’s hand up he said,”I thought so.” And walked out.
Gotta love it! I hope this really happened.

Agree on Bush, potentially agree with Romney (though I bet there was a lot of fraud there), agree about Dole (that guy couldn’t win a participation trophy much less an election, especially up against Slick). Not too sure about McStain, though. His hiatus in campaigning, general undesirability, first “black” candidate, Obama had no record to have to explain plus came off reasonably non-fanatical, I’m not sure 08 was winnable, especially with Juan “Lettuce” McAisleReachingBackStabbingRINO as the nominee.
There’s this itty bitty thing called ratings that’s going to do a number on them. They are not going to be able to stay out in the cold without access very long and stay in their jobs.

Perhaps the Trump FCC will be reevaluating broacast licensing.
It would not be difficult to prove the media were complicit in politics and in lies and in fabriactions.

What part of “Off the record” do these media whores fail to comprehend as they left this meeting falling all over each other to report what went on inside this “off the record” assembly. They seem to a bit unclear on what “Off the Record” means.

Trump had better double and re-double his Secret Service protection detail; there are people on the receiving end of that who could afford to fund a military-style hit job. I find myself now praying for his safety which I found kind of silly earlier.
Trump is being too kind.
In my opinion, it’s the parent companies that deserve the reprimand: Disney, Comcast, Time Warner.

Ohhh boy. Donald is a Champ. He faced down and prevailed against what three career politicians couldn’t. Deserves lots and lots of respect. Shock-and-awesome.
Since this is coming from the LSM there is serious reason to doubt it, but i sure hope it’s true.
I keep trying to get people to wake up to the fact that one party control of the information delivery system is a national security threat.
We cannot go on in this nation allowing no checks or balances on a system as powerful as the media. We have to find some method of insuring it will provide news and information that may not be condoned by one party or the other.
