Let law enforcement handle this. Do NOT click on suspicious links as having such content on your computer is illegal and the photos might be a 'honeypot' - use to track pedos.
Twitter was severely anti-Trump during the campaign. Is this why?
Hosting such photos has exposed Twitter to potential legal (and possibly criminal - any experts here) culpability.

I have no reason to lie about some of my former patients. I have even mentioned one of them who was executed for capital murder here in Texas by name as his crime, and the events surrounding it are well documented.
He murdered three people for a spoon collection that he thought was gold. They were souvenir spoons from different states.
That is easier to stomach than a child telling you that their Mother’s Trusted Male Friend said Mommy would like it very much if you suck and kiss Trusted Adult’s pee pee, and cuddle with them in Mommy’s Bed.
Or a teen relating how she was the pot for the winner at Dad’s Poker Parties. How when she was five or so and tried to resist, she would get put in a deep freeze until she could not breathe or the easier punishment, being burned with cigarettes.

There ARE trashy teenagers INTENT upon getting themselves
a “rich” married man to coddle them and give them their

not talking about 5 & 6 yr. olds here. There ARE 14, 15,
16 yr. old girls who actively cultivated sexual promiscuity
fairly early on. Then, there are stings like my cousin got
caught in. He was a lawyer and knew better.
I have suffered greatly at the hands of one of these
WHORES who tried like a badger to latch on to my husband
years ago. She was 26 when I met her; and still a SKANK.
I STILL sometimes wonder just what kind of STD ahe may have
given to me by osmosis. Two days after my husband “broke
up” with the heifer; she was already having “boyfriends”
over to her apartment. He was naïve and stupid as IF he
was “doing” her, he was in the process of sleeping with all
the STD’s she had opened her legs to & brought it all home
to me. - I got up and tried to keep on going; but it hasn’t
been easy. - These particular types of “women” skanks ARE
PETRI DISHES. - Husband has needed me for a nursemaid; and
I sincerely doubt that the SKANK would fool with nursing his

completely out of my mind.

to YOU in any event.) IF you had, I clarified what I was
relating and made it plain that the WOMAN I was referencing
was TWENTY-SIX YEARS OLD.
