I don't understand why it is even considered a theory. It has always been known (at least in my understanding) that the CIA was a globalist organization.
Trump needs to clean every Government agency. Especially the State Department, IRS, VA, and everone from mid level management and up should be shown the door immediately. Obama is busy putting his loyalist swine in these agencies in order to impair Trumps efforts. Anyone hired in last year must also go. That is a start to draining the swamp.
Could this further bolster the conspiracy theory that the NSA is nationalist and the CIA is globalist?
