Romney swallows his pride: 'Choker' Mitt embraces the President-elect he retorted was a 'con-man and a bigot' in election campaign war of words as Trump dangles prospect of a White House role at transition team talks

^^^^ yep-this
Kiltie, George W. Bush allowed Democrats and Leftist Republicans to serve during his administration.
Please think about how that worked out.
Mitt is a moderate. We tried moderates. It was an utter catastrophe, and ushered in one Barack Hussein Obama.
You want to try THAT again?
This clip shows Romney emerging. I have to agree with you he seems chastened and eager to be gone. Romney wanted no part of the reporter’s questions and did not bring up any possibility of working in Trump’s administration.
I’m not so sure Trump offered him a job; rather, I think he sees Romney as the titular head of the GOPe, and he wants Romney to bring the GOPe on board the Trump Train, to establish a real mandate. Trump does not see the Bushes as the head of the GOPe; I think Trump sees the Bushes as snakes in the grass.
Trump’s ultimate revenge. Romney will feel like a low-down dirty dog for the rest of his life.
F-U ‘Mittens’ !
Better there than in the cabinet.
I am so happy that Trump has so many venues where he can meet people. I hope he gets rid of all the press photographers' loud clicking cameras. Are they still needed in the age of digital cameras?
I’m thinking you’re right more than the media.
But then what’s new?
Because there was a very public photo op and I did not get any feeling of love.
They buried the hatchet but I don’t see Romney as ever being much of anything unless the NEVERTRUMPs take over.
That looks more like Wildroot Cream Oil to me, and I’ve used them both....when I sported a DA hairstyle. JMHO.
... or a Mitt-roll.
no idea why that popped in there, but there you go.
No, a pitt bull is needed to go into the VA and raise holy hell from the very first minute
Milt = Court Jester.
roflol
I think Romney is not going to do much with Trump. He didn’t look happy at all leaving the meeting. However they are going to meet at events and Trump is the leader of the party. Now they have a public truce.
Good to see you Fredo.
I have a gift for you, a Fishing Trip on Lake Tahoe.
Surely this is a gesture by Trump to make Romney look half-way relevant again to the public rather than offer him a position in his administration.
