Vice President-elect Mike Pence took in the hit Broadway hip-hop musical “Hamilton” last night in New York City.
As you could imagine, he was booed when he entered the theater in the deep blue state.
But it gets worse.
The performers actually took a stance against Pence, as well.
For real.

The vice president-elect was greeted with a mix of cheers and jeers as he entered, and exited, “Hamilton.” And in between, he received a lecture from Brandon Dixon, who plays Aaron Burr in the musical.
“Vice President-elect Pence, we welcome you and we truly thank you for joining us here at ‘Hamilton: An American Musical.’ We really do,” Dixon, who also asked the crowd not to boo Pence, said. “We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir. But we truly hope this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and work on behalf of all of us. All of us. Thank you.”
Creator of the musical, Lin-Manuel Miranda, tweeted the following after the performance…

I cant understand why a person deliberately going out and Contracting a fatal venereal disease should be listened to about anything, especially SAFETY.

I didn’t really care for the real pro-big-government Alexander Hamilton who brought us the national bank and eventually the miserable FED, and from what I can tell, I don’t care for this play either.
If I were Pence, I would have said, “OK. I listened to you. Now you’re gonna listen to me...”
Cancel the tickets and send the money to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. They don’t play the race bull**** there.

The problem with the theater is it’s jammed with radical homos. These places need to be shunned IMO.
I don’t know why people need to go see play actors anyway. These are not great people who do great things. They’re simply play acting.

It wasn’t on display last night on Broadway.
I was hoping the article would give some substantiating information about that claim, because it was said here that you CAN’T cancel/return tickets. #boycotthamilton was trending on twitter but I don’t know if there’s any documentation of actual consequences to the performance.
