A skit portraying the assassination of President-elect Donald Trump by two 10th-grade students at Marshall High School provoked anger and dismay from the parents of a student who watched it unfold last week.
Harold and Melinda Bean said that in the skit, entitled “The Assassination of Donald Trump,” one of the boys made a gunfire sound effect with his cell phone as the other boy, portraying Trump, fell to the ground in mock death.
“I don’t understand how the teacher can repeat an apology and be right there back at work on Monday morning,” he said. “Though we understand she is apologetic, it does not make the situation right.”
Perez said campus officials investigated the incident and found that the teacher didn’t condone it and stopped the skit. But Harold Bean questioned why she allowed it to start once she heard the title.
“Appropriate action” was taken to reprimand both boys and their teacher, said Northside ISD spokesman Barry Perez. The parents, however, believe more should have been done, including suspending the two students.
“Honestly I have run out of words to describe how angry I am and how shocked I am that they’re still in school today,” Melinda Bean said.
Younger children using their hands to simulate guns on the playground have been suspended, she said, and this was far worse.
The teacher apologized Monday, Harold Bean said, but it wasn’t enough.

Well, in a way political correctness was worming its way into the classroom in the 1970s (I can vouch for that). This is a fiend that has finally met its nemesis (Donald) and is fighting for its final breaths.
Donald himself would insist, in the face of this, that America needs to come together. And he’d be right. All the stuff that these politically correct students have been screaming about losing, is stuff that was conspiring to split America.
Well, at least its not as bad as a rodeo clown wearing an Obama mask, or a float in a parade showing an outhouse as the “Obama Presidential Library.”

Well, Donald has stepped into a savior role. Saviors sometimes get crucified; the status quo hates them.

Why is it that leftists are never thrown in jail for this, while normal people are?

A faux liberality that does not volunteer itself; it volunteers the other guy.
Donald is the one showing true liberality here. They want to crucify him and he’s still busy at work, undaunted, to undo a horrible parasitism on America.
Because the fauxness of their “liberality” is never exposed. They tax us and then pretend to bestow free presents upon us, things we could have come up with and more had we been allowed to keep the means.
They make like they are Mother Teresa and they look more like the Grinch.

Had the two little shits performed a mock assassination of Odumbo, I’m sure they and their “teacher” would have received more than a stern reprimand.
As it is, I think in-depth IRS audits and FBI investigations are in order for everyone involved—Extended families of the students, school faculty, school administration . . .
THAT requires a visit fromm SS, and the firing of the principal and at least 1 teacher.
In the current administration .... this would have been considered a threat against the President elect.

“They” were right about that Asian war too but IIRC Goldwater had as much to do with Vietnam as Trump did calling for his own assassination.
