In the original Shooter (Mark Wahlberg as actor) the Presdient was not shot - a foreigner was. In the USA Network show (Mark Wahlberg as Director) we don’t yet know if the President was shot, or the minister from Ukraine (?) who was also with him.
A key hint is in the TV show - Bob Lee (the star) tells FBI agent Memphis, that he did not shoot the President (just like the move) and that is important in the movie because it wasn’t the President who was shot. It was part of Memphis’ concerns that this was all a set up.
I would not worry about the Mark Wahlberg show which was shot last year anyways, back when Hillary! was still supposed to win.

I concur. If Trump gets killed after the media has promoted assassinating him, the media is going to find out how many people are willing to walk up to them on the street or where they live, and shoot them in the face to avenge the president.

Picture this: Trump gets shot but survives and across the country dozens of media douchebags that pushed the idea of Trump being shot get killed by outraged citizens.
Then Trump pardons them all.
My radar is going off and I am quite frankly afraid for our President-Elect.
I am not normally a paranoid person, but it really feels like someone is so desperate to keep “something” hidden that these subtle threats don’t seem so subtle.

Yes they are. The purpose of that video was to send a subliminal message to the idiots. The mystery is why they did not broadcast it in plain language. No one has yet to be arrested that I am aware of for threatening the life of Donald Trump. And no one will be as long as a muslim occupies the White house.
