If you live by the executive order, you die by the executive order.

I was kind of hoping for thousands, not dozens.

This was always the problem liberals could not see when the support Obama and his Imperial presidency. The precedent is there for rule by Executive Order. No doubt President Trump will pursue it.

Dozens of major regulations passed recently by the Obama administration

Wait a minute -- an administration doesn't "pass" anything.

Unless pass has somehow become another word for decree.

major regulations enacted by federal agencies

More Fake News from the NYT. Agencies do NOT "enact" anything.

“The obscure law — called the Congressional Review Act — was passed 20 years ago....”

Gee, who was the President who signed that legislation into law?

The irony is just incredible here - lots of Barky’s legacy tossed into the garbage because of (one of) the Clintons...and they have no power at ALL!

Best. Election. EVER!!!!!!

“passed recently by the Obama administration”

Exactly what do they mean by ‘passed’?

I’m okay with that-in the early 1300’s, a Scot used that scorched earth strategy to win a war of independence-Robert the Bruce, king of Scotland...

“If the law is used to strike down a rule, the federal agency that issued it is barred from enacting similar regulation again in the future.”

This is pure awesomeness at its finest.
