As soon as large groups block the streets, they are lawbreakers. I have attended many demonstrations and counter-demonstrations and know that D C, at least, has very strict rules for just standing with a large group on a sidewalk for very long. To be in the street, you need a permit and payment for additional police, etc.

These scum and their leftist mayors are really bullies. Baltimore allowed so-called demonstrations that eventually destroyed hundreds of businesses. The law should apply evenly to everyone.
