Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly said Tuesday on ABC’s “Good Morning America” that one of her lowest points during the 2016 presidential election was when her 5-year-old daughter asked her what a “bimbo” was, referring to comments President-elect Donald Trump made about Kelly on social media.
In her memoir “Settle for More,” Kelly explains how Trump harassed her on Twitter, calling her “lightweight,” a “bimbo” and “average in so many ways,” The Washington Post’s Erik Wemple wrote this week.
She said Trump’s comments opened the door for others to say much worse.

She seemed to be rather butt-hurt last night, in discussing some of Trump’s appointees and potential appointees. She probably thought she was in consideration. She also was criticizing other media outlets about having twisted things in Hillary’s favor. She needs to look in a mirror on that one. I hope her book bombs. Then she might get the message that it is not really always about her.

She’s a fantastic journalist, fair, unbiased, honest, tough on everybody. She’s the best independent TV journalist since Tim Russert. I’ll watch her whatever channel she goes to. Anyone who thinks journalism means doing what MSNBC hosts or Sean Hannity do and kissing up to and advocating for one party over another doesn’t understand what journalism is or why it’s important.

According to an online definition a Bimbo is an attractive but empty-headed young woman, especially one perceived as a willing sex object in other words a slut. If you need help with that definition, you need to stop reading and go back to school.
