“not wise” for a neutral country like Switzerland to donate to the foundation of a former president,To say nothing about donating to the foundation of the Sitting Secretary of State with whom you are negotiating! How freaking brazen is that! And did the negotiations suddenly take a different tack, pray tell???

Not hard to believe at all. The Clintons have a history of selling us out cheap. Loral ring a bell? They make it up on volume.
