Famed comedian Wanda Sykes gave the TD Garden crowd the middle finger as she walked off the stage last night after her rant about President-elect Donald Trump was met by a chorus of boos from some of the thousands who turned out for the 22nd annual Comics Come Home fundraiser.

Wanda Sykes is much like Ellen Degeneres is to me: absolutely gifted as a comedian (fabulous delivery and mannerisms), but OH, SO WRONG when it comes to social/moral/political issues. Sykes has a sketch on the Crank Yankers album that never fails to leave me in stitches; no one could do it better.

Sad that such talent is wasted on a flaming lib.

I’m a Conservative. I find her humor bawdy, but sometimes VERY funny and I’ve liked her in a few sit-coms through the years.

HOWEVER - why ANY, ‘Entertainer’ (and that is ALL they are!) would alienate HALF of their audience is beyond me!

I managed a Garden Center in, ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’ (WI) during the Governor Walker Recall Election.

We had EVERY stripe of LUNATIC in our store, all glamed up with signs taped to their backs, buttons and pins, hats, etc. registering their HATE for our Governor. The parking lot was FILLED with Prius & Volvo & Subaru cars with bumper stickers galore, expressing their HATRED for Governor Walker.

I just smiled...AND TOOK THEIR MONEY!

Who got the last laugh? LOL! It was DELICIOUS! :)
