How about a new “Executive Order” to eliminate the EPA entirely? Now THAT would be a real change.

EO 215

All EPA regulations since 2009 are rescinded.

Yep, maybe these chumps will find out what it means: stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.

That is my understanding too.

I think the safest way is to complete a new study and revise the existing regulations. It will take time.

They also need to clean house in the justice department and review all settlements.

Utter waste of time, energy, and money.

The Donald will simply undo them.

Perhaps as an end game - cleaning it up and removing its balls except for what it was originally meant to be is fine with me for the nonce. Let his guy have the current power the lefty in charge has so he can undo a lot of the crap and then look at moving the valid parts somewhere so the EPA itself can go away.

I could not remember if Trump could close it but he can defund it-leave .00001% of budget - will not be able to function. Auto correct got me on first post-

Another approach would be to have someone sue on the new rules to a friendly judge and have the judge overrule them and put is a settlement that kills the regulation.

What’s the point? Do they think these new regs will go unnoticed? Progressive thinking & behavior is so disordered.

As Regulatory Overlords, they believe that their actions are permanent. They honestly cannot comprehend that there is a new leader who regards pronouncements as the yelps of children, and that he has no problem with wiping away their edicts.

I were Donald Trump, I’d tell them: “Don’t hurry. One of the first executive orders I will sign suspends all federal regulations enacted after November 8 until my people have had a chance to review and approve them.”

Yep, it will let them identify the ideologues and ship them off to new assignments counting reindeer turds on the North Slope of Alaska.

Ya big softie. I was thinking of Bird Dung Collection and Monitoring on the Johnston Atoll.

Many similar state agencies do a far better job than the EPA, anyway.

This should not be a one man effort. We the People can threaten the GOPe to get them to comply with the needed surgery to the beast.

Trump, like Reagan, can go directly to the people and end this misery.

Everyone involved needs to be fired by February of 2017. There needs to be consequences for politicizing agencies.

It will depend on who congress/house/govt critters fear more - DNC, Soros or American citizens. Need to remind there a very few Soros, slightly more DNC thugs and approx 300 millions citizens.
Either start obeying the oath the swore, retire or be removed by ballot or whatever means are needed.
Elections have consequences as they always remind the American citizens- now they will see consequences

Put Sarah Palin in charge of the EPA with the mission to have the agency dismantled and decommissioned within 4 years.

“What is the governmental process to get rid of the regulations once EPA implements them?”

Pen and a phone.

Yes, these regs can be rescinded. But then the minions will ignore and drag their feet getting around to complying.
