Ed Rollins on Dobbs last night was making an interesting point.

He said don’t put any governors in these cabinet positions.

He sited EPA Whitman feuding with Bush publicly during his administration.

Oh, I don't know... Governor Palin might make an interesting choice for EPA Administrator - and I bet she'd even use only a single e-mail address. I can't think of anyone who would cause more spontaneous attrition at that agency; retirements would skyrocket.

How hard is it to delete a federal bureaucracy (for all practical purposes) if they aren’t in favor with the President? Starve them for funds and periodically decimate the workforce? Reviews every three months.

Appoint a special investigator per their last bout of (incompetence???), which contaminated water across the southwest? The ‘Elite Smugness’ strikes again!

Declare EPA mission accomplished and disband the central authority back to each separate state.

What is the governmental process to get rid of the regulations once EPA implements them?

From the desk of the President of the United States

EPA regulation numbers 123.24.25.126 - 1,000,0000,000 are herby rescinded and of no effect.

D.J. Trump

President

That is how you do it. Regulations are actions of the executive and the President is the chief executive.

The real problem isn't the bureaucracy, its the Congress

Oh it's the bureaucracy too. They execute the law with malice.

First must place a friendly judiciary in the critical postings of the Federal Bench.

Play their game—bring suit and have a judge rule in favor of plaintiff. Mischief managed.

Review them. Find for incompetence and issue pink slip.

This craphole of business destruction needs shutting down immediately after Pres Trump’s inauguration, and all regs from past 8yrs, voided.

One regulation I’d like to see Trump bring in is to reduce the number of mandated gasoline blends to a maximum of 3. Ideally scrapping the entire concept. Would end up saving American motorists millions.

You may be right that an evil slime like Reid would have tried that. But since even the Constitution can be altered or an amendment rescinded it would be hard to conceive any law or regulation that can’t be changed or removed altogether. Live by executive order / Die by executive order.

The regs are basically going to end fossil fuel production and use in the USA quickly and permanently.

These fiat regulations are easily overturned by the Executive, and even by the new head of the EPA, if it survives.
