Fire every last one of the people implementing Obama’s unlawful orders.

Trump will make his point when he starts firing senior level political appointees who just happened to have their status changed to career employee over the next two months.

Several strokes, maybe only one, of the President’s pen would take care of the regulations. And action by Congress to castrate the agency would close the door behind them. Then transfer any hired after 1992 to one every mile or so pollution monitoring tent stations along the coast of the Bering Sea. Or they can resign and forfeit accumulated government benefits. I’d be nice and give them the choice.

Have never understood why our Republican Congress has continued to allow any government agency or department to write any regulations. Just one of the reasons no one in our family voted for our Republican Congressman the last two elections.

Under new cabinet members and a new Congress

Labor on petty bureaucrats running around in your little gerbil balls

Trump has already appointed a top climate scientist to review your insanity

President Richard Nixon’s biggest transgression wasn’t the Watergate coverup.
(That is a mere trifle compared to Barack Obama’s crimes over the last 8 years.)

No.

Nixon’s most serious and damaging transgression was the signing of the bill that created the EPA.

About 1985, I stayed at the Capitol Hilton in DC.

A DC cop came in...One of the Embassies had just be robbed. When the FBI arrived, the DC cops were booted out.

I remember the DC cop saying....The FBI has it nice....they just shred whatever they want. Nothing has changed.

As I've mentioned to you before, we're running — not walking — through the finish line of President Obama's presidency," EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy said

Does she not realize that the Trump administration can just as easily un-do everything they are and have been doing? That rushed regulations are going to be flawed and even more likely to be rolled back? Idiot.

Just like an acquaintance posted on another social media site, some drivel about "obama permanently protects planned parenthood." Ah, no, he hasn't. The proposed regulation change hasn't gone into effect. Even if it does, there's nothing that he or anyone else does that President Trump and Congress cannot undo. Get this through your thick skulls libtards: anything your government can do, the Trump administration can un-do.

-- What is the governmental process to get rid of the regulations once EPA implements them? --

Pretty simple. Propose new regulations, publish them in the Federal register, ask for comments for a statutory period of time, then implement the revised regulations. No input from Congress. Totally under the president's control.

I actually agree - I encourage our collectivist, corrupt apparatchiks to go ahead and push through their agenda in the Next two months - and reveal the true political nature of their programs
