Where has this Obama been. For the second time in his presidency I find myself agreeing with Obama. The first was when he pointed to the hurt he experienced as a child due to the absence of a father and how children needed fathers in their lives. (This was from a father's day speech, and he specifically addressed how this issue is a particular problem among black families.)

the hurt he experienced as a child due to the absence of a father and how children needed fathers in their lives.

All the while he was destroying the economy, driving more people into the welfare rolls, with further destruction of the black family.

All that the Kenyan Klown can do is speechify and bamboozle. Otherwise he's completely useless.

When asked who the president was my aging mother with Alzheimer's replied "Cocomoco." I wrote this song as a tribute to her unintentional humor sung to the tune of Kokomo by the Beach Boys.

0sama, 0bama, he acts just like his mama.

Oahu, Jakarta, he always thinks he's smarta!

Mombassa in Kenya, they all say they have seen ya.

You say went to Harvard not Riyadh,

but it sure seems like jihad.

And doncha know that we all know,

you're just a bruthah on the down low,

and at the bath house they all call you

Cocomoco.

I’m going to go against the grain here. Obola is happy Trump won, and will be more than happy to assist him in his prosecution of Obozo’s number one impediment to controlling the entire DNC.

“Welcome Mr. Trump. Here is the full Comey/Lynch report on the Clinton Foundation. Enjoy your Presidency!”

Obama is terrified Trump will investigate Hillary and Obama’s criminal activities. That is the reason for his public “attitude improvement.” You know that liar hates kissing up to someone who soon will have soon have the power to make his post presidency a living hell.

Where has this Obama been.

He comes out of academic or university politics, where you can simply dismiss people who disagree with you as misguided or insecure or stupid or ignorant or bigoted or mentally unbalanced, so you don't have to take their opinions into accounts. That fed a sense of superiority and a belief that compromise or conciliation was unnecessary and even wrong.

Obama, like most people, was better when he wasn't so sure of himself, when he was in uncertain circumstances and couldn't simply dismiss or discount people who disagreed with him. The problem is that those conditions didn't last very long.

He was lost at Columbia, but came into his own at Harvard Law. Success there may have gone to his head. The new adjunct lecturer at U Chicago may have been approachable and personable, but he picked up a lot of faculty room arrogance. Obama may have been tolerable as a young legislator in Springfield, but when talk about running for the Senate and then for the presidency started it definitely went to his head.

So Barack Obama has always been on that curve from initial confusion, to success, to arrogance and possible downfall. Now that he's had a setback he may be more tolerable than he was on the upswing or at the pinnacle of power.

Concur thought it was a very good low key speech saying exactly what needed to be said. I especially liked the reference to the ease of transition with Bush and is expectation of the same for Trump....as opposed to missing Ws when the Clintons left.

Barry, be honest: admit that a Trump victory was the worst possibility. We haven’t forgotten about the anti-Trump smack talk.

Surprising that Obama has actually emerged as a rational human being who really seems to mean this. I always thought he was a figurehead anyway, that is, just a way for the radical left to get into power. So now that he has only a few more months (before he goes on to some international power position) maybe he really doesn’t care anymore.

I hope this attitude remains and Trump accepts it graciously and encourages it.

Simple. Obama's handlers have given him new programming, so he's reading new scripts. Same with Hillary, who gave a similarly mature and gracious concession speech today.

This election was never about Trump vs. Hillary. It was Trump vs. the Uniparty. The Uniparty lost big time and is now trying to ingratiate itself with the new boss.
