A federal appeals court in Cincinnati overturned a court order Sunday that would have prevented Republican Donald Trumps supporters from monitoring election activities outside polling places.
The decision by the three-judge 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel overturned Fridays decision by U.S. District Judge James Gwin, whose order would have applied to both Democrats and Republicans equally. But unlike Trump, Democrat Hillary Clinton has not exhorted her supporters to stand outside polling places to monitor voting.
The decision was in response to a suit filed by Democrats last Sunday, arguing the presence of Trump supporters outside polling places could intimidate voters. Similar lawsuits were filed in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona.

I walk right past people every time I vote.
Who knew I was supposed to be intimidated?
Was I supposed to be intimidated?
Am I doing something wrong? LOL
The dems don’t need permission. They have the Black Panthers.
My polling place is inside the police station.
Yep. THIS IS GOOD NEWS!
I sort of like that idea!
what intimidates me are all the people that bum rush you as you get out of your car.
Trust me when I show up I know who I’m voting for and I don’t need all their crap.
I think if R’s are brave enough to go to inner city wards in North and West Philly, they deserve some kind of Trump medal or something.
YES it is! Very good news!
I haven’t ever dealt with that before.
My precincts are very tame.
There’s no electioneering going on at all.
We’ll see how it goes this year. Maybe it will be different.

If you don`t agree with them, then merely breathing is intimidation according to the Left.
This atmosphere reminds me of what Germany faced just prior to Hitler taking power. The presence of a very high level of PC, is dangerous. It cannot lead to anything good.
Agreed. It`s like we`re on the cusp of moving from a soft tyranny to a more aggresive, and open form of tyranny. If they can pull this off and remain in power, with so much of their corruption being openly exposed, then what`s the point in maintaing the pretense of democracy and the rule of law?
Love your tag line...
Thanks. Only one person has objected and I respectfully said I’m keeping it unless the boss tells me no.
As we’ve found out these past months with George Will, Ryan, McConnell et. al., the elite “conservatives” have a great disdain for us.
Good.
