FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.
Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

I was hoping to be wrong about my original prediction (as I am sure others predicted as well), but sadly, things have transpired exactly as expected.
The media will now gloat for the next 72 hours and do everything possible to drag clinton across the finish line. It's going to be a long day on Tuesday.

It took over 2 years to investigate her... Now with a mound of additional evidence, how was the FBI going to investigate this mess...within 2 weeks!!!!!.. Most REASONABLE people would come to the conclusion an orange jump suit and a 5x5 room is proper punishment for Hillary Clinton.

As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.
In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.
Clinton entrusted far more than the care of her DC residence, known as Whitehaven, to Santos. She expected the Filipino immigrant to handle state secrets, further opening the Democratic presidential nominee to criticism that she played fast and loose with national security.
Clinton would first receive highly sensitive e-mails from top aides at the State Department and then request that they, in turn, forward the messages and any attached documents to Santos to print out for her at the home.

Not going to happen unless the emails contain evidence of a Clinton crime committed in the confines of New York City. And Weiner is not Clinton. If there is child porn on the computer the DA would have to prove Abedin knew of it. Hard to do. As far as the so called Lolita Express unless there are clear, and I mean crystal, references to planning visits thre will be no charges. Any more than my first principal in the NYC schools was ever arrested for his yearly month long sojourns to Thailand. The only guy going to fall is Weiner.

I think that Comey is just a pathetic wuss. He initially made the wrong call back in the summer when he should have recommended indictment. He caught heck and rightfully so, so then he thinks about making it right with the new emails, but then the dems hurt his little feelings so now he is trying to make nice to them. He has no business heading the FBI. What a joke. The good thing is this will keep the fact that hillary is above the law in the press.
FBI. NYPD. Anyone with these files.
Only patriotic thing left is to leak them to save the country.
Comey probably felt bad that he caused her to tank in the polls, so he had to help her out again. I’m sure they’ll do a good job investigating voter fraud. /s
