The New York Post reports Hillary Clinton's maid a non citizen regularly handled secret material.
As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.
In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.
Clinton entrusted far more than the care of her DC residence, known as Whitehaven, to Santos. She expected the Filipino immigrant to handle state secrets, further opening the Democratic presidential nominee to criticism that she played fast and loose with national security.

I am skeptical. If there was a DOJ she could be detained and then testimony elicited, and if she refused the refusal would be official.
Marina Santos, maid or foreign agent? I'd bet Marina is a Muslim. Working with Hillary and Huma? Could that be ?
Marina used to work for Vernon Jordan. If she isn't a Muslim, then my second guess is she works for China. Who knows with the Clintons, anything is possible.

Therefore, the whole shooting match is just another form of bread and circuses designed to distract the sheep from what is actually taking place.
No one that has followed Hillary's history has learned anything new about her from these e-mails. That she is a blood thirsty murderous bitch, a power and money hungry skank, as well being a traitorous witch, and above the law, was already well known. The e-mails just provided the evidence to the extent of her crimes.

Hillary wouldn't miss out on an opportunity to monetize the maid position. I'm sure some foreign government is paying for Marina's access to the SCIF at Hillary's house.
