I’ve read elsewhere tonight that Crites spent a year in China, and was actively promoting for work in Hong Kong.
That might explain why he popped up in those files.

He seems to be living with parents and their names appear as contributors to political articles. There seems also to be a link to a Teneo-something company, which is the funding conduit for Bill Clinton.
