In a most recent and revealing interview, Julian Assange met with his favorite documentarian, John Pilger. Assange offers several predictions and analyses, most quite revealing. Via RT:

Yes, that's what I'm afraid of. How many times do the Clintons get off the hook? It's no surprise people just don't take charges against them seriously any longer.
But they still have to make the decision to vote for someone who is under two active criminal FBI investigations and has been proven to have reckless disregard for our national security. This isn't going to be resolved any time soon and unless Trump wins, even if the law finally catches up with Clinton and she is forced to step down, Kaine will become President. Kaine is weak and will continue Obama's policies.

Which is why the popular vote needs to be so overwhelming that no amount of cheating can overcome it.
But if this scenario does play out, with Pence there will be no "President Hillary Clinton" ... and I'm good with that.

Basically, the Lord would be saying, “Okay. I gave you free choice, and that’s what you chose. If that’s what you want, that’s what you’ll get.”
