Americans who lived through the nightmares of both the Watergate and Lewinsky scandals recall vividly how every day seemed to produce new evidence of wrongdoing. The drip, drip of deceptions and lies finally overflowed into a cascading pool of criminality and disgust.
The first scandal culminated in Articles of Impeachment. The other an impeachment trial. Is America now hurtling toward the same political abyss? It looks like it. So, fasten your seat belts and brace for impact.
Sources tell Fox Newss Bret Baier that the FBI has uncovered an avalanche of evidence in the Clinton Foundation investigation.
Agents are actively and aggressively pursuing this case, calling it a very high priority.
Armed with newly discovered email evidence and additional documents revealed by WikiLeaks, these sources say that agents will likely try to get Huma Abedin and others to cooperate in an effort to bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton.
It is a stunning development. But thats how avalanches happen. Suddenly, youre buried before you know it.
If this is true, and if Clinton is elected president in a few days but thereafter indicted, several scenarios could unfold.

Well yes, that is the idea. Our victory over sin will not be complete until we (as saved) arrive at the pearly gates.
Still the earlier and the more intense the practice the better... God isn’t mocked.
I do too. However, I really believe that Obama will issue Hillary a presidential pardon and she will skate scott free. What better parting shot could Obama deliver to the American people whom he so obviously despises. Everything that SoB has done in the last eight years in office has been designed to weaken, dishearten, undermine and marginalize the American people in their own country. A pardon for Hillary would be the final slap in the face by Obama to America.
Bump!

I hope they come through. Timing is everything.

No offense to Brett Baier. I’m sure that he’s a good reporter and he has his sources. But at every step the ‘investigations’ of Hillary have turned into legalistic stonewalling. Don’t be surprised if this doesn’t pan out and Hillary eeks out a narrow win. Then, depending on the congressional divide, we may be treated to a re-run of the highly-partisan Bill Clinton Impeachment saga. The problem really isn’t Hillary. It’s the elites that want somebody in the Whitehouse who they can ‘do business’ with. If it weren’t so, the Media would be doing a slightly better job of reporting, and she’d be through.
The bad thing about this is if Hillary was “selling” top secret information that does not touch Bill Clinton.
BURY HER!
You don’t much love her, do you?
Trump in a close election is OK for. Trump in a landslide would be awesome, but I don’t believe in miracles when American voters are involved.
If a fish farts in the water, and no one is looking, will there still be bubbles?
Does it really matter what Aunt Jemima plans to do?
Only true if they are ignorant of felonious behavior. Criminal law (accessory before and after the fact) is applicable, considering the amount of coordination between the Dems and the media. The standard of proof should be high enough to avoid persecution, yet allow prosecution and conviction where warranted. Trouble, most times the media goes this far, nobody gets arraigned, let alone convicted. See Corzine, Laura Silsby/Reddit, etc.
Attorneys General don't hand out indictments. Neither do Presidents. They only investigate. And then they can refer their findings to a magistrate, in this case a federal judge, once they have probable cause to convene a Grand Jury. If the judge agrees, a Jury is impaneled to review the findings of the investigators and they're the ones who indict. And thanks to Anthony Weiner, there is already a Grand Jury impaneled who has been re-tasked to investigate the email contents of his laptop. Chances are about 9 in 10 that they will return indictments against Weiner, Abedin, Podesta and Clinton. Maybe even Lynch and Obama for Obstruction of Justice. Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
I suppose a collaboration to the point of certitude could apply, but if there is any room for doubt or ambiguity, then it’s going to come down on the side of the journalists — and virtually always it is nod and wink. Journalists have no obligation to report anything suspicious to the government.
My lingering memory of Clinton’s last day is of him reviewing the troops. I still remember the level of disgust I felt.
Meaning legal obligation.
Morally, it’s another story... YES YES YES they ought to. But to make moral obligation stick, the people need to be wise too. They should realize what a degree of freedom the journalists they are listening to have — and therefore demand the greatest probity from them.
