Authorities are investigating apparent tampering with an electronic road sign at a busy Virginia commuter lot that resulted in a disparaging remark about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and a call for people to Vote Trump.
The sign at the Tacketts Mill commuter lot in Lake Ridge flashed three consecutive message screens: CROOKED HILARY; followed by a profanity (IS A B - - - - ); followed by VOTE TRUMP.
The messages were on display for an unknown period Tuesday evening while commuters headed to their homes in the Virginia suburb, about 25 miles southeast of the District.

Hillary Clinton
Ran against Trump
So many new voters
Threw her in the dump
Burma Shave
No, Hillary’s Email Password was “Gimme$$$”
Why...that’s...just...awful. (snort snort)
Criminal mischief but no permanent damage.
Changing the password?
That could = jail time.
Actually, they are investigating this. They said the sign was “damaged” to gain access to the control panel.
Given that McAwful is our governor (and possibly under investigation himself for improper campaign contributions to Ass Dir FBI’s wife), I think he will throw the book at the vandals.
I drive past it every night. Wish I had been paying attention! Article states the purpose of the sign was to get out the new Latino vote (aka the illegal vote.)Not surprised by the hack if that is the sign’s objective.
That wasn’t tampering.
That was a public service message.
The Tackett Mill commuter lot is used by a ton of Northern Virginia residents who use carpools/van pools/metro uses to get to work in the Pentagon or further on into DC, so much for the pundits and pollsters who all but discounted Virginia as a slam-dunk for Hillary.
I believe Virginia will Happily go into the Trump column. Sweet topping:it’s home to the Dem VP candidate!
TC
