Mark Rich was indicted in the United States on federal charges of tax evasion and illegally making oil deals with Iran during the Iran hostage crisis. He was in Switzerland at the time of the indictment and never returned to the United States.[2] He received a controversial presidential pardon from U.S. President Bill Clinton on January 20, 2001.
On Tuesday the FBI later explained an automated system was triggered to release the documents because these documents were requested under the FOIA "three or more times.”

According to a newly released FBI document — Peter Kadzik, John Podesta and Bill Clinton got Mark Rich pardoned!
Podesta made the request to Kadzik in 2000 before Bill Clinton left office.
KADZIK, a close Podesta friend and ally, is heading the server and email investigation of Hillary Clinton at the DOJ!
Kadzik responded to Podesta with in this letter marked December 2000.
So now the question is— HOW MUCH DID THESE GUYS MAKE OFF THE PARDON?

Notice FBI also has the Petreus files up as well. Showing he did far less than Hillary and got convicted.
Mark made his money dealing with Iran and apartheid South Africa. Money was still enough to buy the Clintons.

Today's WikiLeaks: Peter Kadzik at the DOJ makes it clear that he actively assisted Hillary Clinton to avoid disclosure of her illegal email activity.
It is essential to call for Mr. Kadzik's immediate resignation or, in the very least, to be disqualified from any involvement in the review of the emails recently found on Mr. Weiner's computer.
There is justified outrage among Americans that Mr. Kadzik has anything at all to do with this matter in light of his blatant conflict of interest, not to mention potentially criminal conduct relating to the Congressional investigation.
Kadzik (DOJ - Podesta ties) & McCabe (FBI - McAuliffe bribe) need to resign or be removed from their positions.
That’s one question. The second is, “how come Kadzik is heading the FBI team tasked with finding out if there’s anything in the new batch of emails on Huma’s computer?”
Why hasn’t he recused himself, at the very least?
So how is Kadzik the guy at DJ in charge of the clintoon investigation?
Can you cite a reliable source that says Kadzik is in charge of the Clinton e-mail investigation at the U.S. Department of Justice?

I may have overstated Kadzik's authority. He's official title seems to be a liaison between the DOJ and Congress.
In either case he can cause a great deal of mischief in his position.
Even Trey Gowdy pointed out yesterday that his position is little more than a ceremonial one.
I'm more interested in his DOJ role back in 2015 when he was sending communications about the Hillary Clinton/State Dept. e-mail investigation to Podesta through his private e-mail address.
Additionally, there is no way to estimate what influence he could have on DOJ actions. He is a very "inside" clintoon operative.
