I'd point out, though, that Kadzik's current role in the Justice Department is little more than that of a glorified coffee-fetcher. Trey Gowdy pointed this out in an interview yesterday. His office functions as a liaison between the Justice Department and Congress, so his only job is to put his signature on letters just like the one you see there.

Today's WikiLeaks: Peter Kadzik at the DOJ makes it clear that he actively assisted Hillary Clinton to avoid disclosure of her illegal email activity.
It is essential for Mr. Smith to call for Mr. Kadzik's immediate resignation or, in the very least, to be disqualified from any involvement in the review of the emails recently found on Mr. Weiner's computer.
There is justified outrage among Americans that Mr. Kadzik has anything at all to do with this matter in light of his blatant conflict of interest, not to mention potentially criminal conduct relating to the Congressional investigation.
Kadzik should not be in charge of this investigation because of the potential conflict.
But if he stays, he will know that every eye on both sides will be on his every move. He will be walking through a minefield.

I think the pressure is now on to dump Kadzik off the investigation.
Even so, he needs to go. What can We the People do to help ensure this happens?
He should be dumped from the Justice Department, period.
Call your member of Congress.
If Lynch tapped him to oversee this new email investigation he apparently has new, larger responsibilities.

I agree with you and most of the other posters...the question is WHO has the authority and integrity to do the right thing?
Both should be arrested by this evening. What a cesspool.
The leaks have proven every level of corruption and collusion we believed has been going on between the government, Democrats and the media for the past couple decades. Drain the swamp.
