In a fit of pique, Hillary grabbed a handful of her hair and in an odd mannerism, which her women friends had seen before, she yanked at the hair so hard it looked as though she was trying to pull it out. 'Hillary don't!' one of the women said. Huma, who was sitting across the room, started to giggle. She caught Hillary's eye, and Hillary stopped pulling on her hair.
'Huma's seen this hair-pulling routine a hundred times, and she knows the best way to handle it is to make light of it,' her friend recalled.
Hillary got up and said to Huma, 'Okay, okay, let's take a quick walk to get the blood flowing before we get back to work.'

Chelsea Clinton was respectful of Huma when her mother was around, but she treated Huma with undisguised contempt when Hillary wasn't present. In fact, Chelsea seemed happiest when her mother chewed out Huma for doing something that displeased her.
Hillary was aware of Chelsea's feelings, and she dismissed the whole thing as a case of natural sibling rivalry. But the highly charged emotional triangle that existed among Hillary, Huma, and Chelsea was more complicated than that.
'Unlike Hillary's relationship with Huma, her relationship with Chelsea is remote and somewhat cold,' said one of Hillary's friends. 'Chelsea is not a warm person. I've never seen them embrace or kiss on the cheek or show any sign of affection, except when they're in public and putting on a show.'

Yes and her behavior is scary to say the least. SHE infers that Trump is unstable, but Hillary pulls her own hair? Dang! That’s like something a spoiled little child does for attention.
More and more evidence of the stranglehold the media has had on the American information flow.
If any Republican had done this, it would be national news for weeks on end.
Wait until she has to cancel her victory party that she’s already paid for - they’ll have to vacuum up the hair on the floor.

Probably not a “cutter,” but there is information that she has long standing hygiene issues. When Bill Clinton’s long standing Arkansas squeeze met Hillary in the late 1970s, she described her has hairy, unwashed and smelly. Podesta described her as smelling like farts, urine and cabbage. Particularly in women, poor hygiene is another sign of mental instability.
I am certain that some of Hillary’s strange behavior and dirty language has been taped at certain times over the years. Her dirty language is legend with her security forces and those her really know her. I wish someone would release the videos they have.
What is also not out there is that she is in the mid stages of Parkinson’s. Donald Trump and his staff are aware of this, but can’t dare bring it up. He has eluded to the fact that she is tired, has no energy or stamina, etc. She is a sick woman on many levels.
It's also very common among alcoholics.
