Shill wins Balt County, not close. Anne Arundel by a hair, Trump would have won that if he campaigned in the state.
What’s surprising to me is Howard county, I did not think Trump would win it or anything but it had a huge swing to Shillery, Trump about 8 points under Romney. Trump did better in CHARLES than Howard. Wonder what is up there, something nasty.
Remember, so many of those in MD are DC gubmint workers and those that benefit from or sympathize with the expanding cancer of totalitarian gubmint. They’re pathologically opposed to Trump.
Charles beyond Waldorf and parts of La Plata are still very much old school Southern Maryland. I suspect Hillary turnout was an issue in Charles, as elsewhere, while the Trumpsters held sway in the sticks.
Arundel is a slight surprise, as it was only one of six Romney counties nationwide that Hillary managed to flip.
Trump, meanwhile, flipped 206 Obama counties nationwide and now he’s the next president.
Well, she did get slightly lower% in Anne A than Obama, higher third party votes. If Trump had campaigned in the state I’m sure he would have carried Anne A and done better in Baltco.
