Just to provide additional context on some of the questions raised below (not sure what has been answered already): Most of the recent government grants were directed to a Clinton Foundation program/project. For example (and we should verify with the Foundation if we are sharing this publicly):
Germany’s donation was to support CF’s agricultural initiative in Africa
Norway I believe was to support CF’s climate work
Canada was for the Foundation’s work in Haiti, I believe
These countries were definitely specifically for a CF program: Norway, Italy, Australia and the Netherlands
Qatar was for CGI
The only governments that donated to the endowment were: Saudi Arabia, Oman, and UAE

Foreign donors probably don’t understand that what they are actually trying to control in DC with their alleged donations to the Clintons is 10th Amendment-protected state powers that the feds have been stealing from the states since the ratification of the ill-conceived 17th Amendment imo.
The reason why Bill Clinton's COS is informing John Podesta that "all of the foreign money is in" is b/c Podesta is chairman of Hillary's 2016 campaign.
This is something he needed to know.
B/c foreign money in AFTER she declared for president, would give them a legal hassle.
The RICO laws definitely should apply to the Democrat Party and the Clinton Crime Syndicate.
