In an opening statement on her show "Justice with Judge Jeanine," Pirro said the announcement Friday by FBI Director James Comey that the bureau will review newly found emails in connection with Clinton's private email server "disgraces and politicizes the FBI and is symptomatic of all that is wrong in Washington."
she was whining about fairness.. The same bit of fairness that the democrats use to sink her when she ran for office ten years ago.
She’s just another ignorant person on our side that think that there are rules and you should follow them.. The democrats are pulling out all the stops and she’s whining about fairness.
She needs to stick to family court because the democrats play hardball knowing that it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

According to the AP this “long standing” has been since 2012.
Her main point was that Comey should have indicted Clinton in July. She was not defending Clinton.
You’ve got it right. Judge Pirro in no way defended Clinton. She did say that this last minute bomb is totally unfair and that she herself was victim of this tactic with a last minute bomb against herself when she was running for NY AG 10 years ago.
Pirro’s attack was directed at Comey and his shabby job in investigating these crimes in the first place. She said Hillary should’ve been indicted months ago instead of having this very late fiasco.

I watched jeanine agree with the former Asst. Director of FBI that Comey had to come forward with this reopening of the Hillary connected case.

Yes. Your interpretation is correct. Some FReepers who never bothered to watch the video jump to conclusions and make stupid, unfounded statements that do not support the facts.
I don’t understand this need some people have to demand that everyone agree with either them or some supporter of Trump who is on tv. I want Hillary gone NOW and I don’t care how it is done. I’m not going to sit around and worry, like Judge Napolitano or Pirro, that poor little Hillary was treated shabbily by Comey. Her chickens are finally coming home to roost and I’m not going to shoe them away.
