And I live in rural Nevada, about 50 miles outside of Vegas. Early voting here has been massive, all day every day a line. We are a seriously republican leaning area so when we get counted I think we will put even more of a dent in their lead. About 36,000 here in this town.
Doesn’t mention the independent vote, which I’d bet is strongly Trump
I pray that you’re right.
I’ve been on the Trump Train since after Trump schlonged Megyn Kelly in the first primary debate.
I’d love nothing more than to feel as certain as you seem to be that Trump will win—and be able to allow myself to enjoy this historic ride as the campaign concludes.
It’s just that I was dismayed tonight, watching a Fox report from Iowa where they were asking people if they had changed their minds in the wake of yesterday’s FBI release.
One AA woman said re Hitlery that “We all make mistakes and that she deserves a chance.” A young man said he had to “stick with her.” And another woman remarked that she “had to vote for her considering who she was running against.”
Cavalier attitudes and utter ignorance like this makes me seriously doubt if there is any real hope!
Never a doubt. :)
“Id like to win NV too if we can. Dont sweat it. We got this. :-)”
I live in Vegas. The wild card is that the union casino workers may actually like Trump, though they will never admit it.
Faux news is agitprop. Do yourself a favor and switch them off.
Iowa? Have you looked at the early voting numbers there compared to 2012? Trump is killing it there. So, they cherry-picked some people to ask a question to. It’s just media noise.
I’m relaxed, because if we lose this election and America is doomed, then that was what was meant to happen. But we’re not going to lose. Any objective look at where things stand now (even minus the FBI bombshell) shows us that Hillary’s campaign is losing and playing serious defense.
We are going to win. That’s the easy part. The hard part comes AFTER we win. Start getting prepared for that, because that’s going to be the real test.
I HATE Being a worrier!!! 48 years and sick of it!
I used to call work from vacation to make sure I was’t in any trouble!!
I’m the Neurotic FReeper!!!!
I was good for a few weeks but cracking again!!
Thanks for the info. I have heard some of the names and I assume the last 3 are house reps.
Only thing I know about NV is Las Vegas :)
Took plane ride to Gran Canyon. Hoover Dam. Beautiful country we have.
For a NYC guy, it was another world!!
Bravo!!
I love your spirit and will do my utmost to heed your advice.
Trump has been such a blessing to us all and I thank God for his patriotism and self sacrifice in absorbing so much crap to MAGA!!!
BTW, I was only watching that program because Bret Baier was airing part three of his interview with Trump and Mike Pence.
I generally only watch Faux news when I know Trump will be on, which is why I caught that piece on Iowa.
It was on tonight’s special edition of Bret Baier’s show, in which he was airing the final part of his interview with Trump and Pence.
I seen that clip as well. Thing is, it’s just a handful of people that they talked to. If this latest revelation flips just four out of a hundred people from Hillary to trump, then he wins without question.
I’m not sure of the percentages here in Reno, but I have the impression this is not a union town. During the course of the election I have only met one person in the area that supports Clinton, and at that, he worked at the local gun range. I have seen very rare indication of people supporting Clinton. This area had lots of Sanders signs, which disappeared overnight once he dropped out.
Maybe they had to ask 30 people to find those three. Why cares, stop watching the treason kneepad media.
Tune them out. FoxNews is no better than the MSM this cycle after they fired Ailes. They probably asked that question 10 or more people on the street, but only chose to air the few that still back Hillary. Typical MSM agitprop as was suggested.
“Watching a Fox report...” can be discouraging. Please avoid tv news and trust independent reporters. LA Times/USC has Trump leading for many weeks. I like the following link.

Actually no. Most of the SEIU types in the casinos are in Las Vegas. They do not have a large footprint in Reno for historical reasons. Reno has a few but it is nowhere near the union town that Vegas is. I live in rural Nevada outside Reno, lot’s of Trump support outside of Reno but I’ve been seeing more and more “I’m With Her” stickers when I drive around town. Still, if Washoe County goes for Trump, he will carry Nevada.
Those numbers mean nothing to a voter like me. I live in Nevada and am not registered to any party. I voted for Donald J. Trump.
The article is unclear if these are votes cast in favor of each political party or if it’s merely a breakdown of those who identified as a democrat/republican/other.
If the latter, I wouldn’t be surprised if a sizable percentage of the dem voters voted for Trump.
Here are a few things to remember when the worries start to get to you.
1. Worrying is poor use of the imagination
2. Life’s an illusion, pick a good one
3. (and this is best) “Be still and know the I am God”.
Helps to know the final score in advance too : )
