Attorney General told FBI director James Comey NOT to send letter to Congress about bureau reopening the investigation into Hillary's emails because it could influence the election outcome

Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised Comey against sending a letter to Congress about the FBI's reopened investigation into Clinton's emails She argued to Comey that he should follow the Justice Department's practice of not taking actions that could influence the election Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised and objected against FBI Director James Comey's move to send a letter to Congress to inform them about the reopening of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

Lynch argued to Comey that he should follow the Justice Department's practice of not taking actions that could influence the outcome of a presidential election, The New Yorker reported on Saturday.

Comey broke from Lynch, who objected to the move along with the Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and independently sent the letter to Congress on Friday, dropping the bombshell about the restarted investigation based on newly discovered emails, rocking Clinton's campaign.

Comey's supporters argue that he had to break away from Lynch and act independently on the issue due to her compromising herself when she had an impromptu visit with former president Bill Clinton late into the investigation earlier this year. Comey broke away and sent a memo to bureau staffers explaining his decision to notify Congress He wrote that the FBI would not 'ordinarily' inform Congress about its ongoing investigations But said he noted he felt an 'obligation to' given that he testified repeatedly in recent months that bureau's investigation was completed On Friday, he sent a letter to eight Republican lawmakers regarding the reopened investigation - rocking Clinton's campaign

wow, the Clinton underling protocol of choice. and Huma probably took more care to make sure it works, since Vince Foster’s dead man switch to Janet Reno failed.

Laying groundwork for Obama to conduct a Saturday Night Massacre and fire Comey et al from the FBI for not dropping the Hillary-Huma-Weinergate investigation?

Really, Really bad for Hillary!
After all, she has complained about always having to go ‘first’. THIS might be a first in our nation’s history.

Gowdy, Chavez, and Ryan should be shoulder to shoulder holding a press conference demanding Deputy Director Andrew McCabe isn’t in sniffing distance of this re-opened investigation.

This is exactly how second and third world autocratic banana republic states like Pakistan and Egypt operate.

I hadn’t even considered a Saturday Night Massacre possibility. Maybe Comey is misbehaving on purpose, to get that reaction. If I was in his shoes, I’d rather be fired by Lynch/Obama than put through an objective investigation.

I call bullsh_t on this article.
What Comey now has implicates LL as well. He would never have told her before hand. Think for a minute, what Clinton via that missing information has implicates everyone.
Comey is fired if either Trump or Cankles becomes president. This never would have happened if all was well or could be swept under the rug.
Someone forced his hand.

Obama will pardon her just before the election. Mark my words.

The excuse will be, "Enough with the partisanship! I'm taking this off the table!"

I guess all the Queen’s horses and all the Queen’s men and women can’t put Hillary back together again.

If they can’t keep lil ol’ Comey under control Hillary doesn’t need any of the rest. Don’t trip over bumps in Fort Marcy Park.

This "Lynch objected" story is coming out fast and furious right now.

It makes the distraction all the more compelling, and IMO, that's what this story is designed to be, nothing more than a distraction. It has "Good cop / Bad cop" written all over.

How do you possibly infer that?

“Four years ago, former Attorney General Eric Holder formalized a policy not comment publicly about politically sensitive investigations within 60 days of an election in a memo to all Justice Department employees. “

Of course the Obama administration would establish a policy to hide and withhold pertinent information from voters in the course of an election.

Trump is out there saying he will win the election.

That has the MSM apoplectic.

“How can he say that”, “We helped rig the election”, “We know the level of voter fraud”, “We are complicit in the voter fraud”

“What happens to us if Trump wins”, “This is hugh and series”
