In an internal memo obtained by Fox News, FBI director James Comey explains the reasoning why he sent the investigation notification to congress in advance of the 2016 Presidential election. (here is the full text of the memo) To all:
“This morning I sent a letter to congress in connection with the Secretary Clinton email investigation. Yesterday, the investigative team briefed me on their recommendation with respect to seeking access to emails that have recently been found in an unrelated case. Because those emails appear to be pertinent to our investigation, I agreed that we should take appropriate steps to obtain and review them”.
“Of course we don’t ordinarily tell Congress about ongoing investigations, but here I feel an obligation to do so given that I testified repeatedly in recent months that our investigation was completed. I also think it would be misleading to the American people were we not to supplement the record”.
“At the same time, however, given that we do not know the significance of this newly discovered collection of emails, I don’t want to create a misleading impression. In trying to strike that balance, in a brief letter, and in the middle of an election season, there is significant risk of being misunderstood, but I wanted you to hear directly from me about it.”

I read somewhere that Hillary plans to hold her election night victory celebration in a ballroom that actually does have a glass ceiling. Maybe they can find her a prison cell with a glass ceiling.
1. Some hacker/joker/spy sent Podesta an e-mail, telling him that the security of his G-Mail account had been compromised, and that he needed to click on a certain link to a website to change his password.
2. Podesta claims that he ran it past his IT people, and they told him to go ahead and do it (this is preposterous, unless Chelsea Clinton's toddler was his IT expert).
3. So he logged onto this rogue website -- which was set up outside his organization for the sole purpose of doing this sort of chicanery on an unsuspecting victim -- and changed his e-mail password for his G-Mail account.
From that point forward, someone outside his organization was free to log onto his G-Mail account using his new password ... and he had no idea that it had been compromised.
It wouldn’t take a lot of ‘smart’ to know one would need to cover all bases. Having been HRC confident for years, she’s seen her in operation all the way through...beginning with HRC impersonation of her version of First Lady. GIRD YOUR LOINS as Uncle Joe would say.
Hillary and Huma would have found out almost immediately that they confiscated this computer...and Huma and Hillary absolutely KNOW what’s on it....a back up....likely a record of ALL the emails during her gig as SOS.

I think Trump will go pretty quiet on this Comey development and leave the job to Guiliani. Rememeber, even before this, Guiliani said it should have gone to a grand jury.
Later Podesta jumped in feet-first when Nigerian General Kachinga Cheatchusuckah emailed Podesta.
The General said all Podesta had to do to get Billions is buy some black ink for a 10 million dollar down payment.
(Same scam that got Chelsea's felon FIL in a federal prison).
Actually, this author has an interesting take. The “re-opening” of the e-mail investigation is a sham. They know a major wikileaks e-mail is being released next week. By the end of the week, Comey will clear Clinton - again - and by implication - the new wikileak.
Of course, one must believe that the FBI now is so fully corrupt that they will not only intercede in a campaign at the behest of a candidate, but do so by creating fake evidence and hiding damaging evidence. I’m not ready to go there, yet.
Previously they never empaneled a grand jury, the FBI had no subpoena power, they didn’t record the interviews and they destroyed the laptops.
It was all a farce. The outcome was predetermined.
Everyone under Comey knows that. And, they want his pelt on the wall.

We have seen this TO many times and Clintons have slithered out from it EVERY time.

Obama should fire Comey tonight. We could call it the Saturday Night Massacre.
IMO, Comey has not been sleeping well since his fall into Obama/Clinton web of conspiracies. He knows he made a mistake under threat of who knows what from Lynch, Clinton or Obama. His good name is besmirched as is the reputation of the FBI. What Comey did yesterday was commit professional suicide, and he did it for his legacy and that of the Bureau. He essentially martyred himself for the good of the nation.IMO
