I can barely watch anything on Fox News anymore, except for Hannity and Special Report.

I find myself watching One America News Network and Fox Business more at this time. I like Lou Dobbs, Doreen Borelli and Stuart Varney.

Treason is defined in the Constitution. It also spells out the penalty: death. So, it cannot be “unconstitutional”, should any misconstructionist try to make such an argument.
