Joe diGenova on WMAL now. Claims sources tell him the laptops that were supposed destroyed, were not. FBI agents refused to do so!

This is such a break with the normal operation of the FBI about following orders, I can’t believe DiGenova would have made this up from a wild imagination.
He has sources and I tend to believe this claim.

For the agents so instructed to destroy evidence, it's always
so much lesser of an offense just to say you destroyed it than actually to have done it, just in case it ever becomes part of a lawsuit! This is just savvy practice among FBI guys.
