On this evening’s Hardball, Ron Reagan claimed that “there’s no such thing as partial-birth abortion. Doesn’t exist.” Reagan criticized third-debate moderator Chris Wallace for having used the term.
Would Reagan’s exquisite sensitivities be assuaged if Wallace had used the technical term: intact dilation and extraction? The bottom line is the same: Hillary Clinton supports it and Donald Trump opposes it.

To do a “partial birth” abortion you have to:
1) determine that it is necessary “for the health of the mother”
2) induce labor
3) pull the baby out ONLY HALF WAY
4) stop, kill baby
5) pull the baby the rest of the way out.
EXPLAIN TO ME WHY STEP 4 IS NECESSARY?
