This is an older story from this morning about one jury member being replaced. That member was a former BLM employee, who had said in the jury room "I'm probably biased" and another juror reported it to the judge and he was replaced.
Two days ago Brian "Buddha" Cavilier, plead guilty to two charges in exchange for time served (90 days).
The Feds didn't get much out of their persecution of these non-violent protesters.
Except for Levoy Finicum, who was shot dead in an ambush.

Except for Levoy Finicum, who was shot dead in an ambush. Barack Hussein's minions were hoping for a bigger win, but I'm sure they are still celebrating that murder. Any productive person dead is progress by their standards.

Yes, it sure is. Very happy for the families and former defendants.
I believe some will now face trial again in Nevada for the original Bundy Ranch standoff, which this was in some ways a continuation of.
I haven't seen any updates on Mrs. Finicum's wrongful death lawsuit which she said she was bringing last summer.
Nor have I heard the results of the "internal investigation" into the FBI behavior at the Finicum ambush site. Two HRT members apparently fired shots from overlook positions (presumably with sniper rifles), one of which pierced the roof of the truck Finicum was in, and likely precipitated his death.
Both agents lied, said they didn't shoot, and removed spent shells from the scene, a violation of FBI policy for shooting scenes.
Under Obongo's corrupt FBI I'm not expecting much, but there should at least be a pro-forma "nothing to see here, move along" statement from someone doing the "investigation".

I’m really impressed with this Oregon jury (mostly from the People’s Republic of Portland) not rubber stamping the wishlist of Leviathan.
Maybe there is hope afterall.

I have followed this case and so happy that they were found not guilty...it’s sad that they seemed like they had to kill another...
It seems like anymore you are guilty until proven not guilty, that is all of us peons, the government of course are always not guilty in anything they do...
