This is not true. O'Keefe didn't make this claim, because it would be incorrect.

They laundered the money through Americans United For Change. AUFC is a 501(c)(4) "social welfare organization", not a super PAC.

Per the law, coordination with a candidate campaign (to the extent claimed by Creamer) is not allowed. But, the IRS is unlikely to revoke AUFC's 501(c)(4) status anytime soon.
