No, it is not. Even if he was his father. He was adopted in Indonesia which does not allow duel citizenship but we are not allowed to see the paperwork that he chose the US when he came of age nor are we allowed to see his collage records and prove he did not come as a foreign citizen.

To many records have been hidden on this guy(including the birth certificate which have been fakes, he has a great potential of being the greatest fraud perpetrated on the US by any political party.
