Trump accuses SNL of being part of media conspiracy to 'rig' the election: The Donald hits out at Alec Baldwin's 'hit job,' says his portrayal 'stinks' and calls for the 'unfunny' show to be cancelled

A physically gifted, graceful, coordinated, expert skier, and former college athlete was portrayed as a clumsy uncoordinated falling weak man. That was SNL’s constant portrayal of President Gerald Ford.
“SNL is still on the air?”
Not that you could tell by watching it.
Although the “Used Up Porn Stars” skits are pretty funny.
I love Trump, but Good Lord someone has to take Twitter away from him. His tweets have been consistently counter-productive. A successful candidate needs a disciplined and consistent media strategy, and anything put out has to be powerful and positive. His tweets are frequently un-vetted whiny nonsense.
I wish he had Rove on staff.
He already has his base locked in and needs to win over the other segment of the population. I suggest that most on this forum are not of that mindset and it is hard to relate to how they think.
Maybe they watch SNL & twitter all day long, I really don’t know what floats their boats. Hopefully he’s tweeting all this on the advisement of someone? his campaign staff, the kids, or it’s surveyed back reactions.
Sarah Palin, on the other hand, was made out to be a trailer trash bimbo, Romney a Ritchey Rich elitist, and Trump a misogynist racist.
It goes all the way back to Chevy Chase mocking Gerald Ford.
No other way to slice it, Alec Baldwin is amazingly repulsive. No pretense at being funny. The blond wig is the only hint that he is trying portray Trump. The woman that plays Hillary is usually good. I turned it off. Not funny at all.
Rove? Ummm, no.
No. The MSM has dropped any and all pretenses of being "fair and balanced". Their support for Democrats and statism is there for the whole world to see.
It’s a strange state of affairs when what’s left of the mainstream media is writing articles about tweets. And not good articles. The clips of SNL I’ve seen are as he says, unfunny, boring, and Alec Baldwin’s impression is not his best work.
Bottom line; He took the bait AGAIN!
I’ve chosen to keep my Crystal Ball in the lower desk drawer for now. I’d prefer not to ask it for any predictions.
Alec, the wife beater and child abuser...seems about right for the Dem/liberal cause.
Trump missed an opportunity...”Hey Alec, have you stopped beating your wife, yet?”
Meaningless? It's far from meaningless. It's one of many ways the Left influences culture, particularly the young, ignorant, and stupid. Add it to all the other ways they affect, or should I say, infect, pop culture and it makes a huge difference. Most of their viewers get their news and info primary from sources like Facebook, or Yahoo News headlines of Huffington Post articles.
If it wasn’t for the internet, Facebook, twitter, Youtube, and other forms of alternative media they would own the agenda 100% - full Pravda.
If it continues in this direction, we will be left with blinking our eyes in Morse Code to communicate the truth.
Yeah. He should leave it to the rest of the GOP to take on all this extraneous BS. That's what political parties are for.
Wait.....what?
Yes he did, and according to him it was their highest rated show ever.
I'm thinking it's time to brace for impact after the election. If we think it's ugly now ... OMG.
Maybe we’d have to revive committees of correspondence.
Spot on. Fire for effect!
Love him or hate him, Rove knows how to handle the media. It’s a vital skill that’s necessary now more than ever.
No!?
SNL part of the liberal media?
Jeeze.
How slow are people?
Of course it is part of the liberal left Demrat machine as is all the alphabet networks and as us almost ALL media.
